Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At House of Musa, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sunglasses, you can return them within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at info@themusabrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 14 days whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please specify the item you'd like in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you requested is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items such as Kumasi, you may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it follows the standard return policy above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@themusabrand.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
