Shipping Policy

At Musa, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping process.

 

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Issues:

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Items:

If you received your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@themusabrand.com. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
